The
PMC PFX-1600 Polyurea Proportioner is a high-pressure, air-driven plural-component system engineered for demanding polyurea and high-output coating applications. Designed around double-acting piston metering pumps, the PFX-1600 delivers consistent on-ratio material flow in both pump directions for
reliable spray performance. The system operates at up to 3,000 psi (207 bar) and supports production rates of up to 1.3 GPM (4.9 L/min), making it suitable for fast-set elastomers and industrial coatings.
The PFX-1600 features a high-capacity primary heater with 10.5 kW or 12.0 kW output options and precise digital temperature control for both materials and heated hoses. An advanced circumferential hose heating system provides uniform heat distribution and supports hose lengths up to 310 ft (94.5 m) with the appropriate transformer. Optional Pressure Balance Control (PBC) automatically shuts down the
spray foam machine if material pressure imbalance exceeds preset limits, helping protect coatings, equipment, and operators in high-pressure applications.
