proportioner engineered for reliable, on-ratio material delivery in demanding jobsite and in-plant environments. Designed around double-acting piston metering pumps, the PMC PF-1600 delivers consistent output on both pump strokes while maintaining precise temperature control up to 190°F (88°C). The system features a low-pressure primary heater configuration with selectable 7.5 kW or 9.0 kW total heater output and supports heated hose lengths up to 210 ft with a standard 2.0 kVA isolated transformer, or up to 310 ft with an optional 3.0 kVA transformer. Operating at a maximum working pressure of 2,000 psi, the PMC PF-1600 is optimized for
spray foam applications requiring stable pressures, consistent flow, and dependable hose heat performance. Optional Pressure Balance Control (PBC) provides automatic shutdown in the event of material imbalance, helping protect equipment and material quality during operation.
