Graco Reactor 2 E-XP2i Polyurea Proportioner is an electric, heated, integrated plural-component proportioning system designed for high-pressure polyurea and coating applications requiring consistent output and precise temperature control. The system delivers up to 3,500 psi (241 bar) working pressure and 2.0 gpm (7.6 lpm) maximum flow, making it well-suited for protective coatings, linings, and fast-reacting
polyurea materials.
The Reactor 2 E-XP2i uses an engine-driven generator with integrated heat exchangers to efficiently heat materials to 180°F (82°C) while supporting heated hose lengths up to 310 ft (94 m). The Advanced Display Module (ADM) provides real-time pressure, temperature, diagnostics, job logging, and recipe control, while Graco InSite™ connectivity enables remote monitoring and data tracking. Optional integrated air compressor and refrigerated air dryer configurations reduce trailer footprint and simplify system setup for mobile
spray operations.
