Graco Reactor A-XP1 Polyurea Proportioner

The Graco Reactor A-XP1 Proportioner Package brings professional-grade two-component spraying performance for protective coatings and polyurea applications. With its 13 kW air-powered drive and phase-selectable (1- or 3-phase) input, the Reactor A-XP1 maintains accurate control across three independent heat zones (ISO resin, base resin and hose heater) and digital temperature controls to ensure consistent viscosity and high-quality spray patterns. It features Quick Knockdown pumps for fast serviceability, an NXT air motor for low air consumption and quiet operation, and an ISO Pump Lube System to prevent isocyanate crystallization. The unit is capable of delivering up to 1.5 gal (5.7 L) per minute flow rate, with maximum fluid temperatures up to ~190°F (88°C) and fluid viscosities up to 1,500 cP. Designed for use with heated hoses and whip packages (and optionally mounted on wheels with DataTrak monitoring), the Reactor A-XP1 Proportioner Package offers high-pressure, durable performance for heavy-duty jobsite use.
