PMC’s Premier platform, the Mach 2 adds advanced electronic monitoring, digital job reporting, and remote connectivity while maintaining proven hydraulic drive reliability. The PMC Premier Mach 2 Spray Foam Proportioner is designed for spraying polyurethane foam chemical systems and select two-component epoxy systems, delivering precise ratio control under severe jobsite conditions.
The system features individual A- and B-side inlet and exit pressure monitoring, hydraulic pressure sensing, digital temperature control, and integrated flow meters for accurate ratio verification. A modern HMI touchscreen provides real-time system diagnostics, alarms, and production data.
