The PMC PH-40 Spray Foam Proportioner is a high-output,
hydraulic-driven system engineered for professional polyurethane foam, polyurea, and select two-component epoxy applications. The
PMC PH-40 Spray Foam Proportioner uses opposed, double-acting piston metering pumps to deliver consistent material flow and precise ratio control across demanding spray environments. With a maximum working pressure of up to 2,000 PSI (PH-40) or 3,500 PSI (PHX-40), the PMC PH-40 Spray Foam Proportioner supports high-volume production up to 40 lb/min depending on configuration. Independent material heaters allow application temperatures up to 190°F with selectable total heater outputs up to 21 kW. A Pressure Balance Control system continuously monitors A-side and R-side pressures and automatically shuts down the pumps if imbalance exceeds the allowable differential. The
PMC PH-40 Spray Foam Proportioner includes a 5 kVA hose heat transformer capable of heating up to 410 ft of spray hose, ensuring stable material temperatures from drum to gun.
