Description

The Graco Reactor 3 H-XP2 is engineered for medium-to-high performance polyurea applications where precision, productivity and durability matter. With a robust hydraulic direct-drive pump design, the Reactor 3 H-XP2 replaces older belt/flywheel systems for lower maintenance and quieter operation. A key feature is the advanced Touchscreen Advanced Display Module (ADM), allowing full system control from one interface. For superior yield control, the Elite version adds electronic pressure control and the optional Core E1 transfer pumps. Independent hose temperature control ensures A and B materials are maintained at optimum set-points for better mixing and spray consistency. The system supports significant hose lengths (up to 320 ft for H-XP2) and spray pressures of up to 3500 psi (24.1 MPa) to meet demanding jobsite or in-plant requirements. The Reactor e H-XP2 is available in 2 models, Pro and Elite.

Frequently Asked Questions

Service & Support

Does the Reactor 3 H-XP2 support very long heated hose runs (e.g., beyond 200 ft) and still maintain performance?

Yes the specification sheet for the H-XP2 shows a maximum heated hose length up to 320 ft (97 m) for 60 Hz models.

What are the differences between the Pro and Elite H-XP2 models?

The Elite variant (27R367) includes electronic pressure control, improved system connectivity (including GPS/telemetry), and optional Core E1 transfer pumps, whereas the Pro model (27R365) is the base hydraulic platform without the extra elite features.

Is the flow rate of 1.8 gpm enough for large-scale polyurea spraying operations?

The H-XP2’s rated maximum flow is approx. 1.8 gpm (~6.8 lpm) at 60 Hz. Whether that is sufficient depends on the size of your job and target output, but for many medium-to-high performance polyurea coatings it is industry-standard in this class.
