The Graco Reactor 3 H-50 delivers high-output spray foam performance with a direct-drive hydraulic pump, touchscreen Advanced Display Module (ADM) and heated hose control — ideal for commercial roofing or plant OEM applications.
The Graco Reactor 3 H-50 proportioner is built for serious spray foam professionals handling large-volume commercial or industrial roofing, insulation and OEM applications. With 20 kW heater power and
hydraulic direct-drive pump design, the Reactor 3 H-50 offers smooth, quiet operation thanks to elimination of the fly-wheel/belt system. The system features the new touchscreen Advanced Display Module (ADM) that consolidates all spray operations, plus the “Reactor Connect” real-time dashboard capability (via cellular/GPS) for job naming and reporting. Independent hose-heating control allows A and B materials to be managed at different temperatures for optimized yield and pressure balancing. Upgraded inlet filters, fluid manifold and oval-gear flow meters ensure accurate ratio monitoring across viscosities. Both the “Pro” and “Elite” model variations of the Reactor 3 H-50 are rated for up to 2,000 psi (≈140 bar) and roughly 53 lb/min (≈24 kg/min) output. Multiple hose packages (internal vs external heating) and Core pumps are available on the Elite tier, similar to other
spray foam professionals rely on for demanding jobs, as well as high-performance systems used in
industrial roofing, insulation and OEM applications.
