Description

The Graco Reactor 2 H-XP3 hydraulic proportioning system sets a new standard for in-plant OEM or heavy-duty field applicators requiring high flow and high pressure polyurea spraying. With flow rates up to 2.8 gal/min (10.6 L/min) and working pressures to 3,500 psi (24.1 MPa) the Reactor 2 H-XP3 powers through demanding coatings jobs. Its hydraulic drive ensures dependable performance, low downtime, and long life by eliminating belts and fly-wheels. All models include Reactor Connect for mobile/USB access to real-time data, project logs, and recipe storage. Choose from standard vs Elite configurations: the Elite includes in-line inlet pressure & temperature sensors, Graco InSite remote monitoring, and Xtreme-Wrap scuff guard on hoses. Available in 20 kW hydraulic power, either 230 V or 400 V 3-phase depending on your facility power. Whether you need intensive throughput or robust durability, the Reactor 2 H-XP3 is engineered for high-duty-cycle polyurea coating applications.
