Description

The Graco Reactor 2 H-50 Proportioner is engineered for medium to high-volume spray foam and roofing applications. With its 20 kW hydraulic drive and robust design, the Reactor 2 H-50 Proportioner supports an impressive output of up to 52 lb (23.6 kg)/min of polyurethane foam. Available in Standard or Elite series and configurable for 230 V or 400 V, 3-phase power, the Reactor 2 H-50 Proportioner accommodates various plant and field set-ups. The Elite version includes the Reactor Connect system, which records chemical recipes, drum levels, real-time data and offers USB export capabilities. With a maximum working pressure of 2,000 psi (13.8 MPa), 1:1 mix ratio and compatibility with 410 ft (125 m) hose runs, the Reactor 2 H-50 Proportioner ensures flexibility on large-scale jobs. The machine’s durable build and built-in surge protector reduce downtime, while the three-year warranty (on the Elite version) provides additional peace of mind for spray foam and polyurethane foam applications.

Frequently Asked Questions

Service & Support

What’s the difference between the Standard and Elite versions of the Reactor 2 H-50 Proportioner?

The Elite version adds the Reactor Connect telemetry system (data logging, recipe storage, USB export), enhanced controls and typically includes an “Elite Kit” of accessories; the Standard version omits or limits those advanced features.

If I order the 230 V version and later move to a facility with 400 V power, can I convert the Reactor 2 H-50 Proportioner?

The machine is specifically configured for either 230 V or 400 V 3-phase.

What maintenance intervals should I expect for the hydraulic system on the Reactor 2 H-50 Proportioner in high-duty-cycle use?

Although the machine is built for high output and long duty cycles, you should follow Graco’s recommended schedule for hydraulic fluid checks, filter replacements and inspection of mixing modules; downtime is reduced but proactive maintenance is key for reliability.
