The Graco Reactor E-8P is a portable, electric-powered plural-component sprayer for no-heat polyurethane foam applications, delivering up to 12 lb/min and drawing directly from 5 gal pails.
The Graco Reactor E-8P Bare Portable Sprayer (model number 259082) delivers high-performance in a compact, job-site friendly package. Weighing only 95 lb (43 kg), it features built-in handles and a portable frame so the Reactor E-8P can easily be carried or maneuvered up stairs or into tight spaces. Its siphon‐feeding system lets you draw directly from 5-gallon (19 L) buckets, eliminating need for large feed pumps. The
electric motor plugs into standard residential outlets (120 V-15 A or 240 V-10 A versions available) and supports small to medium joint‐fill and no‐heat
foam jobs. Recommended output is up to 12 lb/min (≈0.95 lpm) with a maximum hose length of 105 ft. An alarm/status indicator monitors mix ratio, while a desiccant air dryer protects material integrity. With intuitive single-knob controls, onboard hose wrap, and threaded bucket spout connection, the
Reactor E-8P streamlines setup, operation and tear-down.
