Electric Transfer Pumps when integrated with
Reactor 3 spray equipment. This system ensures optimal material feed and consistent on-ratio performance by maintaining inlet pressures between 80–200 psi. The Smart Supply software automatically adjusts the Reactor 3 proportioner inlet pressures, boosting power to the transfer pump’s electric motors when needed. Additionally, the Supply Pump Shutdown feature detects when a drum is empty, automatically shutting down the transfer pumps and Reactor 3 proportioner to prevent damage and air from entering the system. The TPC connects to the Reactor 3 system via a CAN cable and includes LED indicator lights and a power on/off switch. Each pump is connected to the TPC with a 20' cable. Electrical requirements are 100-120 VAC at 8 A, 50/60 Hz or 200-240 VAC at 4 A, 50/60 Hz.
