The Graco 246805 is a 25-ft (7.6 m) braided polyester mesh scuff guard that fits over heated/plural-component hoses to guard against abrasion and moisture.
The Graco 246805 Braided Polyester Mesh Scuff Guard – 25 ft (7.6 m) is designed to extend the life of your hose assembly by protecting it from abrasion, surface moisture and rugged job-site wear. Its form-fitting blue braided polyester mesh cover slides over your hose and folds back over itself for simple retrofit installation. Thanks to the open mesh structure, the scuff guard sheds surface moisture instead of absorbing it, therefore the hose bundle remains lighter and less prone to freezing or water-soaked weight. Graco specifies this guard length for each 25-ft hose section and recommends one guard per 25 ft of hose length. This accessory is ideally used with Graco heated hose systems and plural-component
spray equipment to safeguard your investment and reduce downtime from hose damage. The durable
braided polyester mesh construction ensures long-lasting protection, while the flexible
scuff guard design allows for easy installation and removal as needed.
