The Graco Reactor 2 Low-Pressure Internally Heated Hose (Part 26D095) is engineered for professional
spray-foam and plural-component applications using Reactor 2 proportioners. With a 3/8″ (0.375″) inside diameter and rated for a maximum working pressure of 2,000 psi (13.8 MPa), this internally heated hose provides accelerated warm-up time (48% faster than
externally heated hoses) and enhanced flexibility (35% more flexible, 25% lighter) for efficient job-site handling. The
heating element sits inside the hose ID for quicker heat transfer. It fits lengths of 50 ft (also available in 100 ft and up to 420 ft lengths) to minimise fluid or electrical connections. A durable Xtreme-Wrap scuff guard encloses the urethane-coated ballistic nylon sleeve for abrasion, oil and water resistance, shedding surface moisture so it won’t absorb water and freeze in cold weather. Backwards compatible with prior Reactor heated hoses and includes features like resistance control mode for maintenance-reduced operation.
