Ideal for plural-component spraying, the Graco Reactor 2 Low-Pressure Externally Heated Hose 3⁄8″ × 50 ft (24T839) delivers consistent heating, 2000 psi rating and RTD temperature sensing for top-tier performance.
The
Graco Reactor 2 Low-Pressure Externally Heated Hose 3⁄8″ × 50 ft (24T839) is specifically designed for use with the Reactor 2 plural-component proportioning systems, offering meticulous temperature control and durable construction for demanding spray-foam or coating applications. With a 3⁄8-inch (9.5 mm) inside diameter and 50-foot (15 m) length, it supports a maximum working pressure of 2000 psi (13.8 MPa). The hose utilises a multi-strand copper heating element, which provides up to ten times the flex life of previous flat copper designs and ensures long-term, even heating without hot spots. A built-in Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD) sensor supplies the most accurate material-temperature feedback and enables automatic shutdown if the sensor is damaged. The hose is covered with proprietary butyl material for isocyanate resistance, foam insulation for heat retention, and incorporates differentiated fitting sizes to avoid resin/isocyanate cross-connection. Backwards compatible with earlier Reactor
heated hoses for flexible upgrade, including the Reactor 2 Low-Pressure Externally
Heated Hose 3⁄8″ × 50 ft.
