The Graco 24U743 Reactor 2 High-Pressure Externally Heated Hose 3/8″ × 50 ft is engineered specifically for use with Reactor systems, providing superior thermal control and durability in demanding
spray environments. Constructed with a multistrand copper heating element that offers ten-times the flex life of earlier flat copper designs, the
externally heated hose ensures long-term accuracy and uniform fluid temperature under high-stress conditions. It incorporates a proprietary butyl outer cover to protect moisture-sensitive isocyanate fluids and a foam insulation layer to maximise heat retention. The RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector) cable enables the system to detect sensor damage and automatically shut down, avoiding wasted materials and downtime.
