Graco’s Low-Pressure 50 ft Heated Hose (2000 PSI) delivers uniform fluid heating for plural-component systems, with options in ¼″, 3/8″ or ½″ diameters, scuff-jacket or X-treme Wrap protection and T-couple or ground-wire configuration.
The
Graco Low-Pressure 50 ft Heated Hose (2000 PSI) is engineered for plural-component proportioning systems to maintain consistent fluid temperature and optimal spray performance. Featuring a 50-foot length and available in inside diameters of ¼″, 3/8″ or ½″, this
hose supports a maximum working pressure of 2000 PSI (13.8 MPa, 138 bar). A multi-strand copper heating element provides up to ten-times the flex life of previous flat copper designs for improved durability and long-term even heating. The hose is covered with a proprietary butyl outer cover to resist moisture and, when configured with the optional X-treme-Wrap scuff guard, features a urethane‐coated ballistic nylon sheath for abrasion, oil and water resistance (won’t freeze solid) and includes a joint protector at the vulnerable electrical connection. Compatible with Graco Reactor systems (both Iso-line and Resin-line), the
hose uses different fitting sizes on the isocyanate and resin sides to prevent mis-connection.
