Unheated Whip Hose Assembly is engineered for high-performance plural-component spraying when paired with Graco Reactor systems. With a 1/4-inch (6.3 mm) inside diameter and a length of 6 ft (1.8 m), it supports a maximum working pressure of 3,500 psi (24 MPa or 241 bar) under fluid service. The
hose is covered with a proprietary butyl cover that protects against moisture-sensitive isocyanate chemistry and features a design where the isocyanate and resin hoses have different fitting sizes to prevent accidental mis-connection. Though described as “unheated,” it retains insulation and protective layering suitable for demanding job-site conditions.
