heated whip hose is engineered for high-performance plural component spray work using Reactor proportioners. With a 1/4″ inside diameter and a working pressure rating up to 3500 psi (24.1 MPa), this
whip hose supports demanding applications. The improved flex design is 20 % lighter than previous versions, making spray gun handling easier in tight spaces. An 18-inch insulated non-heated section near the gun ensures operator comfort and quick connection. The external heating element maintains temperature uniformity across the hose length and the Xtreme-Wrap scuff-guard protects the hose from abrasion, punctures, oil and water exposure. Built of PTFE material with male-female connections and designed for compatibility with Reactor 1 and 2 systems, the 25P772 offers durability, flexibility and consistent delivery of
