The
Graco High-Pressure 50 ft Heated Hose 3500 PSI has been engineered for demanding plural-component applications with the Graco Reactor family of proportioners. With a multi-strand copper heating element, the hose delivers uniform internal heat and 10× the flex life of earlier flat-copper designs. The
hose supports high-pressure operation up to 3,500 psi (24.1 MPa) and is available in ¼″, 3⁄8″ or ½″ inside diameters. Exterior protection comes via a proprietary butyl cover and foam insulation for heat retention, while the optional Xtreme-Wrap scuff jacket delivers urethane-coated ballistic nylon abrasion, oil and water resistance, and joint protectors at critical connections. The hose is configured with separate fittings for resin and iso components to eliminate cross-connection risk, and its design is backward compatible with earlier
Reactor heated hoses.
