Description

The Graco Fusion AP Spray Foam Gun is engineered for demanding spray polyurethane foam (SPF) and polyurea applications, offering durability and ease of maintenance. It features long-life hardened steel mix chambers and rugged side seals designed to minimise downtime. The quick-release fluid housing allows mix chamber swaps without tools, and a hand-tightened front cap enables rapid front-end access. With air-blast tip cleaning to reduce tip build-up and clogging, the Fusion AP is built for high-output use. Available in round-pattern (AR series) and flat-pattern (AF series) configurations, the Fusion AP has mix chambers ranging from 000 (.020″ orifice) up to 05 (.086″ orifice) for the AR series, and parallel flat-tip options in the AF series. The round tip outputs a 5 in (127 mm) pattern at 24″ with the 000 (.020″) chamber, and up to about 18 in (457 mm) pattern at 24″ for the 05 (.086″) chamber. The ergonomic handle ensures operator comfort during extended use.

Frequently Asked Questions

Service & Support

How easy is it to switch mix chambers in the Fusion AP Spray Foam Gun in the field?

The Fusion AP allows tool-free mix chamber changes via its quick-release fluid housing and hand-tightened front cap, so you can swap chambers on-site without needing a workshop.

What spray pattern width can I expect for the flat-tip AF series on the Fusion AP?

For the flat AF series mix chamber (e.g., AF 2929 or AF 4242) the Fusion AP gives flat fan patterns such as 16-18 in (406-457 mm) at 24″ target distance.

Does the orifice size significantly affect the output pattern size on the Fusion AP?

es, a smaller orifice size such as .020″ (mix chamber 000) yields a roughly 5″ round pattern at 24″, whereas a larger orifice such as .086″ (mix chamber 05) yields up to an 18″ round pattern at 24″, so selecting the correct orifice is critical for coverage.
