When leveling concrete, lifting foam should be a slightly higher density than spray foam. Our ProLift 2.5 polyurethane is a 2.5 pound closed-cell expanding foam. We also have a number of other options depending on your needs, including: hydrophobic, hydro-insensitive, and ditch breaking foam.

ProLift 3.5 DI is hydrophobic/hydro-insensitive foam designed for ground stabilization with exceptional flow and spread in wet environments. It’s been specifically formulated for deep soil injection applications and works great!
ProLift Ditch Break spray foam is specially formulated for back fill and void filling applications that require a fill material other than soils or sandy back fill. The applications for this material include the Oil & Gas industry where a spray foam trench breaker needs to be built fast for the pipelines and any other large scale projects where time and lasting durability are a necessity for the job.
In Canada, you must be certified and trained to lift concrete with a polyurethane machine. The traditional mud jacking method does not require certification, only training from suppliers is needed. However, foam jacking offers superior control, soil stabilization, smaller holes, better safety, and business service versatility.
Technically you can use our 2.0LBS closed cell spray foam (Enerthane Eco), but we recommend using a 2.5LBS concrete lifting chemical for additional strength because of the higher PSI. Our ProLift 2.5 concrete lifting and leveling foam will handle most all residential and commercial projects.
Depending on the compressive strength required, typically 2.5LBS closed cell concrete lifting foam is suitable. Although, we do have 3.0LBS, 3.5LBS, and ditch break foam depending on the engineering requirements and specifications called for in the building or civil plans.
